SKORR SKIN WARRANTY & RETURN POLICY

At SKORR SKIN, INC (“SKORR”) we prioritize the quality and integrity of our products. Each device undergoes comprehensive inspection and testing to meet the highest industry standards. By purchasing from SKORR, you agree to the terms outlined below.

WARRANTY

Coverage

SKORR offers a one (1) year limited warranty covering material manufacturing defects for new devices purchased directly from https://shop.dranettareszko.com/ or authorized sellers. This warranty applies exclusively to products accompanied by a valid proof of purchase and returned within the warranty period.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  1. Misuse or Unauthorized Use: Accidents, misuse, abuse, improper maintenance, repairs by unauthorized parties, or modifications not outlined in the provided instructions.
  2. Normal Wear and Tear: Including cosmetic damage, environmental deterioration, neglect or failure to maintain in accordance with provided instructions.
  3. Commercial or Non-Personal Use: Faults caused by commercial use or careless handling contrary to user instructions.
  4. External Causes: Damage resulting from shipping, environmental factors, or exposure to heat, moisture, chemicals, or other contaminants.
  5. Pre-Owned or Unauthorized Products: Devices not new at the time of purchase or obtained through unauthorized sellers or channels.

Claim Process

  • Warranty claims must be preauthorized and assigned a Return Authorization (RA) number by SKORR. RA numbers are valid for 10 business days from issuance.
  • SKORR reserves the right to inspect devices and determine eligibility for repair, replacement, or refund.
  • Warranty replacements have a turnaround time of 15 business days.

Warranty Remedies

At its discretion, SKORR will:

  1. Repair the product using new or refurbished parts.
  2. Replace the product with an identical or similar model with equivalent performance.
  3. Refund the purchase price in exchange for the returned product.

Replacements or repairs will carry either the remainder of the original warranty or a 90-day warranty from the date of repair/replacement, whichever is longer.

RETURN POLICY

Return for Replacement

  • Defective devices within the warranty period may be exchanged for repair or replacement. SKORR does not offer refunds for defective devices under warranty.

Return of Purchase

SKORR offers a 14-day return policy for unopened products in their original packaging purchased through www.skorrskin.com. Refunds are issued to the original payment method upon inspection. To initiate a return:

  1. Email skorrskin@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase with your order reference number to receive an RA number.
  2. Returns must include all accessories, documentation, and original packaging.

Refund processing may take up to 10 business days after receipt and inspection. A 15% restocking fee applies. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Additional Return Terms

  • SKORR is not responsible for lost or damaged products during return shipping. Send returns via an insured, trackable method and provide tracking details to skorrskin@gmail.com
  • Returns without an RA number, beyond 14 days, or failing inspection due to improper condition will not be processed.
  • Returns for purchases from third-party sellers must comply with the respective retailer’s policy.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

General

This warranty provides specific legal rights. Other statutory rights that vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction, may be available, in which case this warranty does not affect such statutory rights.

This policy is the complete agreement regarding SKORR warranties and returns. SKORR excludes any additional warranties, conditions, or terms not explicitly included herein, except where prohibited by law.

Liability Disclaimer

SKORR is not liable for damages caused by:

  1. Misuse, accidents, or unauthorized use of products.
  2. Cosmetic or environmental damage.
  3. Any event beyond SKORR’s control.

Exclusions do not apply to:

  1. Death or personal injury caused by negligence.
  2. Fraud or gross negligence.
  3. Legal liabilities that cannot be excluded or limited.

Policy Updates

SKORR reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Updates will be posted at www.skorrskin.com and apply to all subsequent purchases.
